About Student Accommodation in Nottingham

City centre

City centre student accommodation allows for easy access to the shops and numerous clubs that the city has on offer. Great location for Nottingham Trent University students, as it is close to campus. On the downside, city centre student lettings can be expensive, usually catering for smaller student groups due to the lack of availability of houses, with a focus on offering apartments.


Lenton, a lively student village is the 'place to be' in Nottingham. Lenton Boulevard has plenty of amenities and fun, vibrant bars, as well as cheap supermarkets for your weekly shops. Lenton is the perfect location for housing University of Nottingham students.


Abroretum is the area is situated around a beautiful park. Arboretum is conveniently located for accommodating NTU students with plenty of easy access to the city centre.

The Park

A more luxurious, chic area, the Park is popular with housing older students and those willing to pay more a luxurious pad. The Park is located minutes away from the city centre and a short walk from the train station.


Beeston is in a great location for both the NTU campus and the University Park Campus. Beeston high street contains a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, providing plenty to fulfil your needs. Beeston is quieter, a more relaxed area particularly popular with post graduates and international students, suitable for the more studious students.


Situated further away from the city centre, Dunkirk is very close to the Queen's Medical Centre. Here you can find an abundance of medical students. Dunkirk is also just a short walking distance from the main University of Nottingham campus.

Forest Fields

Forest Fields is a very popular as it's the ideal location for NTU students. Forest Fields is close to the city centre with great transport links as it is located on the tram line. There are plenty of amenities in the local area.


Radford is also a popular area for student lettings due to being so close to the city centre, allowing easy opportunity to enjoy days and nights out in the city centre. Radford has lots of specialist food shops and a leisure centre, as well as plenty of other amenities.


Wollaton is located very close to the Nottingham University Jubilee Campus. The area contains a range of local amenities including convenience stores and supermarkets, a post office as well as pubs and takeaways. Situated in a brilliant location for students based at the Queen's Medical Centre.
